Salla E-commerce Launches

Two Salla stores built from the ground up for different retail categories: beauty and personal care, and medical tools and supplies. The work covered the store journey through launch and client handover.

SallaE-commerceStore SetupOrder Journey
The challenge

Turn a new online selling idea into a store customers could browse, understand, and use without the client having to assemble the experience piece by piece.

What we built

Store structure, product organization, customer-facing pages, purchase flow, essential settings, and launch preparation for two different retail businesses.

Delivery point

The stores were taken from initial setup through live launch and handover, with handover including the first live order rather than stopping at a visual prototype.

Privacy

The website previews are anonymized crops from the delivered stores. Client names, domains, contact details, customer data, and order information are intentionally excluded or softened.

WooCommerce Beauty Stores

Two WordPress + WooCommerce stores for hair and beauty products, structured around product discovery, clear purchasing steps, and manageable order operations inside WordPress.

WordPressWooCommerceElementorE-commerce UX
The challenge

Create a clear shopping experience for product-heavy beauty businesses while keeping store management practical for the team after handover.

What we built

WordPress storefronts with WooCommerce product structure, customer-facing shopping journeys, checkout flow, and the supporting site experience around the store.

System logic

The front end is organized around how customers discover and choose products, while WooCommerce keeps products and orders managed from one operational backend.

Privacy

The Henna Al Madinah storefront is shown using a real project screenshot. Customer data, private configurations, and any sensitive operational information remain excluded.

DUA SYSTEMS Studio Website

An in-house WordPress company-profile website built to present the studio's services, explain connected digital systems clearly, and guide business owners toward the right project path.

WordPressCompany ProfilePortfolioService UX
The challenge

Create a studio website that communicates WordPress, automation, AI workflows, and connected systems without reading like a generic agency or software template.

What we built

A custom editorial-style WordPress experience with clear service architecture, responsive layouts, interactive guidance, project routes, and a consistent dark premium visual system.

The role

This is DUA SYSTEMS' own website rather than client work, included here as a direct example of the studio's company-profile, WordPress, and service-journey capabilities.

Visual

The preview is taken from the live DUA SYSTEMS website and is shown openly because it is an in-house project rather than an anonymized client build.

WhatsApp Team Operations

An operational workflow connecting WhatsApp with scheduled team tasks, daily reminders, completion tracking, and manager visibility over progress.

WhatsAppCalendarn8n-style LogicTask Tracking
The challenge

Daily work depended on messages and manual follow-up, making it harder to keep task ownership, deadlines, and completion visibility in one flow.

What we built

A WhatsApp-connected task system that routes work to the right people, places tasks on defined calendars, sends daily reminders, and records completion progress.

Manager visibility

The workflow surfaces completion status so management can see progress without repeatedly asking each person for an update.

Visual note

The workflow canvas documents the delivered logic in implementation order. Real phone numbers, employee identities, calendar data, and operational messages are excluded.

WhatsApp-triggered Customer Emails

A controlled automation where defined WhatsApp keywords trigger the appropriate customer email flow, reducing repeated manual sending while keeping the action easy to initiate.

WhatsAppKeywordsEmailAutomation
The challenge

Routine customer emails had to be sent repeatedly, while the team was already working from WhatsApp and needed a faster controlled way to trigger the right communication.

What we built

A keyword-driven WhatsApp control layer that recognizes defined commands, selects the appropriate email action, and sends the corresponding customer message.

System logic

Only recognized keywords route into predefined actions; unmatched input follows a separate path instead of triggering an unintended customer email.

Privacy

Keywords, customer addresses, templates, message contents, and business-specific routing rules are deliberately omitted from this public reconstruction.

AI Customer Service on WhatsApp

A customer-service system designed to cover selected hours, communicate in Saudi and Egyptian Arabic, help customers through questions and decisions, and continue the conversation through order capture.

WhatsAppAISaudi ArabicEgyptian Arabic
The challenge

Customer conversations still needed useful coverage during selected periods when a human service agent was not handling the chat directly.

What we built

An AI-assisted WhatsApp service flow able to respond in Saudi and Egyptian Arabic, work through customer questions, and continue the interaction toward a completed order.

Handoff logic

When order details were ready, the system prepared and sent the business owner a message summarizing the order rather than leaving the conversation isolated inside the AI layer.

Privacy

The public workflow shows the architecture only. Customer conversations, prompts, phone numbers, product data, order contents, and private business knowledge are not exposed.

WhatsApp to WooCommerce Orders

A connected workflow that turns orders captured through WhatsApp into WooCommerce orders, so the business can continue managing and tracking them directly inside WordPress.

WhatsAppWooCommerceWordPressOrder Automation
The challenge

Orders arriving through WhatsApp lived outside the website order system, creating a split between the customer conversation and the operational place where orders were managed.

What we built

A workflow that captures the required order information from WhatsApp, validates the data, creates the corresponding WooCommerce order, and places it into the normal WordPress order workflow.

Connected result

WhatsApp remains the conversational entry point while WooCommerce becomes the centralized operational record for ongoing order management and tracking.

Privacy

The reconstruction excludes customer identities, order values, product records, phone numbers, API details, and any private credentials used by the live system.
